At Legal Associates we believe that an employee of the month is an individual that not only brings great results and success stories to the firm, but also someone who reaches their own personal achievements in their careers. This month’s employee of the month is Mallika Raithwal, who is a Full Licensed Immigration Advisor in New Zealand.
Recently, Mallika has represented a S61 client who was living unlawfully for 17 years. The client had approached other advisors /lawyers in these 17 years but could not become lawful even after numerous attempts. Mallika very patiently dealt with the client and represented the client with background information about the reasons for being unlawful and the exceptional circumstances due to which her S61 should be approved. The client has been approved 1-year work visa and is now lawful in New Zealand. She is visiting her home country, Samoa after 17 years and is very happy. It was a great success for the client and it is considered a big achievement. This is just one of the many complicated cases which Mallika has received successful outcome for. We at Legal Associates are proud for our Immigration Advisor to have achieved this success and look forward to her future success for many years to come.
